We specialize in working with individuals and offer a personalized and supportive approach to therapy. We do not currently offer couples or family therapy; however, we have a large referral network.

The length of therapy can vary greatly depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may only need a few sessions to address a specific issue, while others may benefit from ongoing therapy for an extended period. We will regularly reassess your progress and adjust our approach as needed. Ultimately, the length of therapy will depend on your goals and how you're feeling, and we will work together to determine the best course of action for you.
